«Մաս 1. Նարատիվները

Մենք սխալ նարատիվների թակարդում ենք։ Կամ՝ մեզ հատուկ դնում են այնտեղ։ Սխալ ձևակերպված խնդիրներ ենք դնում ու ուզում ենք ճիշտ լուծումներ գտնել։

Այդ նարատիվներից են.

-       մեր ընտրությունը Ռուսաստանի կամ Արևմուտքի միջև է

-       մեր ընտրությունը խաղաղության կամ պատերազմի միջև է

-       ընտրություն ունենք՝ Արցախը տալ, բայց Հայաստանը փրկել

-       Ամենասուր վտանգը «միջանցք տալն» է։

Մեր ընտրությունն իրականում շատ պարզ է. ապրել կամ ցեղասպանվել։ Պետական և քաղաքական միտքը կանգնած է նույնքան պարզ որոշման առաջ՝ սպասե՞լ աղետին, թե՞ կասեցնել աղետը։

Ճիշտ ձևակերպած խնդիրն ինքնաբերաբար բերելու է ճիշտ պատասխանների։

Հայաստանի իշխանությունը որևէ իրական դաշնակից մեզ չի թողել։ Հերթով բոլոր ուժային կենտրոններին հակասական խոստումներ տալու հետևանքով մենք բոլորի մոտ կորցրել ենք վստահությունը։ Արդյունքը՝ բոլորից ստանում ենք միայն հայտարարություններ՝ առանց որևէ լուրջ գործնական աջակցության։ Սա շատ վտանգավոր վիճակ է։ Մենք չենք կարող փոխել բոլոր խոշոր տերությունների իշխանություններին, ուրեմն՝ պետք է փոխենք ՀՀ իշխանությունը, որպեսզի նորը փոխի այս վիճակը։

Հայաստանը և Արցախը գտնվում են ֆիզիկական ուղիղ սպառնալիքի տակ։ Զսպող հիմնական գործոնը ռուսական բանակի առկայությունն է։ Հետևություն. չի կարելի պահանջել միակ զսպող ուժի հեռացումը և չի կարելի առանց մտածելու տրվել հակառուսական քարոզին, որովհետև դրանով մեծանում է քո իսկ մորթվելու հավանականությունը։

Քանի՞ անգամ արևմտյան պետությունները պետք է ասեն, որ չեն կարողանալու ապահովել Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունը, որ հայ ժողովուրդը և նրա կրթված շերտերը հասկանան դա։ Հայաստանի տարածքում Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք բախումից շահելու է երկու երկիր՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, և սա պարզ է անգամ նրանց, ովքեր այսօր ծառայում են այդ հակամարտության թեժացմանը հայաստանյան հասարակության ներսում։
