Ռայիսին ռազմավարական քայլ է անվանել Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղու համաձայնագիրը

 Իրանի նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռաիսին Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղու ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագիրը կարևոր և ռազմավարական քայլ է համարվում Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերություններում, այս մասին հայտնել է  իրանական IRNA գործակալությունը՝ նշելով, որ Իրանի նախագահը այս մասին  հայտարարել է մայիսի 17-ին՝ ելույթ ունենալով Իրանում Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղային հատվածի ստեղծման մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրման արարողության ժամանակ:

Ռայիսին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին միջոցառմանը  մասնակցելու և  երկու երկրների համագործակցության թեմային լուրջ վերաբերվելու համար:

«Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքը օգտակար կլինի ոչ միայն Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի, այլև տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրներին համար: Արևելյան և Հարավային Ասիայից մինչև Կովկաս և Հյուսիսային Եվրոպա: Այս երթուղին կդառնա այդ բոլոր երկրների միջև բարեկամության և առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ուղի»,- նշել է նախագահը:

Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը և  երթուղու ճանապարհին գտնվող երկրները  գիտեն, որ Իրանի երթուղին ամենաէժան և ամենամոտ ճանապարհն է առևտրային, տնտեսական և տարանցիկ աշխատանքների համար:

«Մենք ունենք մեծ տնտեսական ներուժ, որը դեռ լիարժեք չի գործի դրվել: Մենք պետք է գործի դնենք բոլոր ուժերն ու միջոցներն ու հնարավորությունները, որպեսզի իրականացվեն այդ բոլոր նախագծերը», - ասել է  Ռայիսին:

Ռեշտ-Աստարա գծի երկարությունը կկազմի 170 կմ: Այն  կօգտագործվի Հյուսիս - Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի ցամաքային հատվածները միացնելու համար:
