Օգոստոսի 15-ին ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայությունում ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՆԳ նախարարությունից: 

Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը, Ծառայության ղեկավար կազմը։ Նախարարը ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նշել է, որ առաջին հանդիպումն է Փրկարար ծառայությունում այս ֆորմատով եւ այն նպատակաուղղված է Երեւան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության ենթակա ստորաբաժանումներում առկա խնդիրների վերհանմանն ու դրանց հասցեավորմանը:

ԵՓՎ պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Ա. Կիրակոսյանը ներկայացրել է վարչության ղեկավար կազմին, ջոկատների կողմից սպասարկվող տարածքային բաժանումը, Երեւան քաղաքի այն վարչական շրջանները, որտեղ չկան ՀՓՋ-ներ:

Նախարարը հետաքրքրվել է ջոկատների շենքային եւ գույքային պայմաններով: ՓԾ տնօրեն Կ. Ցուցուլյանը նշել է, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում ՀՓՋ-ների շենքերը հիմնականում վերանորոգվել են եւ գրեթե բոլոր ջոկատներում պայմանները բարվոք են: Վահե Ղազարյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ գալիք տարի նախատեսվում է կառուցել նոր շենք, որի մի հատվածը նախատեսված կլինի Փրկարար ծառայության համար՝ հագեցած մարզասրահով, ճաշարանով, խորհրդակցությունների համար նախատեսված դահլիճով:

Նախարարը անդրադարձել է նաեւ թափուր հաստիքներին՝ նշելով, որ սկսվել են ՓԾ մասին նոր օրենքի մշակման աշխատանքները, որոնցով լուծում կստանան նաեւ կադրային համալրման խնդիրները։

Նախարարն իր խոսքում կարեւորել է փրկարարների ատեստացիայի գործընթացը, որի առաջին փուլը նախատեսվում է սեպտեմբերին եւ նպաստելու է փրկարարների աշխատավարձի բարձրացմանը: Նախարարը հանձնարարել է համակարգված աշխատանքներ իրականացնել անակնկալ ստուգայցերի ժամանակ հայտնաբերված թերությունները վերացնելու ուղղությամբ, խիստ հսկողություն սահմանել ենթակա անձնակազմի կատարողական եւ աշխատանքային կարգապահության նկատմամբ՝ բացառելով կարգապահական խախտումները, եւ տվել է մի շարք այլ հանձնարարականներ:

Այնուհետեւ Նախարարն այցելել է Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանում տեղակայված թիվ 10 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատ, զրուցել հերթապահ անձնակազմի հետ, տեղում ծանոթացել շենքային եւ գույքային պայմաններին:
