Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ է հղել Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության նախագահ Սի Ծինփինին և Պետական խորհրդի նախագահ Լի Ցյանին՝ Չինաստանի կազմավորման 74-րդ տարեդարձի առիթով:

Նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում ասված է. 

«Ձեզ եմ հղում իմ ջերմագին շնորհավորանքներն ու բարեմաղթանքները Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 74-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ:  

Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է բարեկամ Չինաստանի հետ առկա փոխգործակցությունը և քաղաքական բարձր մակարդակի երկխոսությունը՝ հիմնված փոխըմբռնման և փոխվստահության բարձր արժեքների վրա։ 

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ ցանկանում եմ վերահաստատել իմ պատրաստակամությունը՝ հնարավոր բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրելու փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու և որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար՝ ի բարօրություն մեր ժողովուրդների: 

Մաղթում եմ Ձերդ գերազանցությանը քաջառողջություն և հաջողություններ, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ առաջընթաց և բարօրություն»։ 

Պետական խորհրդի նախագահին ուղղված ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է. 

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և բարեկամ չին ժողովրդին Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կազմավորման 74-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ։  

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետու­թյան միջև ձևավորված միջպետական երկկողմ հարաբերությունները և քաղաքա­կան ակտիվ երկխոսությունը վկայությունն են հայ և չին ժողովուրդների միջև դարերի խորքից բխող անսասան բարեկամության և փոխադարձ հարգանքի ու վստահության վրա հիմնված համագործակցության։  

Համոզված եմ, որ հայ-չինական հարաբերությունները հետագայում ևս կշարունակեն ամրապնդվել և զարգանալ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկա­յացնող բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ ճանապարհ հարթելով համատեղ նոր նախաձեռ­նությունների և ծրագրերի կյանքի կոչման համար։ 

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ առողջություն և նորանոր հաջողություններ, իսկ Չինաստանի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն և բարեկեցություն»։
