Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետություն (ՉԺՀ) կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը, Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության պետ Էդուարդ Պետրոսյանը և Չինաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան Սերգեյ Մանասարյանը հանդիպում են ունեցել ՉԺՀ մարդկային ռեսուրսների և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարար Վան Սիաոփինի հետ։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում երկուստեք ներկայացվել են նախարարությունների լիազորությունները, համակարգման շրջանակն ու իրականացվող աշխատանքները։ Քննարկվել են նաև ոլորտային համագործակցության ուղղություններն ու փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր, այդ թվում՝ աշխատանքային միգրացիայի, ժողովրդագրության, կանանց տնտեսական հզորացման, սոցիալական արդարադատության և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով։ Դիտարկվել է նաև Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպության հետ ՀՀ-ում նախատեսվող համաժողովին չինական կողմի մասնակցության հնարավորությունը։ 

Նախարար Մկրտչյանը բարձր է գնահատել հայ-չինական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների դերը և նշել, որ երկու ժողովուրդների միջև արժեհամակարգային շատ ընդհանրություններ կան։ Նախարարը նաև շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Չինաստանն ունեն գրեթե նույն ոլորտային մարտահրավերները և հետաքրքրությունները, ու այս համատեքստում կարևորել սերտ համագործակցությունն աշխատանքի և սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտում։

«Մենք ունենք համատեղ նպատակ կյանքը փոխելու դեպի լավը: Սա այն հարցերից է, որի շուրջ կարող ենք համագործակցել և ունենալ դրական արդյունք՝ համախմբելով մեր ուժերը»,- ասել է նախարարը։

Անդրադառնալով ոլորտային առաջնահերթություններին՝ նախարար Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ ժողովրդագրության ռազմավարությունն այժմ մշակման փուլում է, և որ Չինաստանի փորձն այս ուղղությամբ ևս շատ օգտակար կլինի։

Նախարար Վան Սիաոփինին ներկայացրել է ՉԺՀ մարդկային ռեսուրսների և սոցիալական ապահովության նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքները և կարևորել թվայնացված սոցիալական ծառայությունների մատուցման դերը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա առավել հեշտացնել քաղաքացիների կյանքը։

«Չինաստանը տարածաշրջանում համագործակցում է գրեթե բոլոր պետությունների հետ։ Ուրախ ենք նաև Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության համար և պատրաստակամ ենք հայ և չինացի մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ իրականացնել փորձի փոխանակման ծրագրեր, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան նպաստել երկու երկրների սոցիալական պաշտպանության ոլորտի զարգացմանը»։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարար Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ավելի քան 100,000 անձանց սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրման գործընթացին և  շնորհակալություն է հայտնել չինական կողմին՝ իրականացվող աշխատանքներում իր ներդրումն ունենալու պատրաստակամության համար։

Կողմերը դիտարկել են նաև հայ-չինական միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատություն ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաև աշխատանքային միգրացիայի ուղղությամբ համատեղ հուշագրի ստորագրման հնարավորությունը։
