Դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Փարիզում տեղի են ունեցել հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ ռազմաքաղաքական խորհրդակցությունները։  Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՊՆ-ից:
 
Հայկական պատվիրակությունը գլխավորել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության և միջազգային համագործակցության վարչության պետ Լևոն Այվազյանը։ Միջոցառմանը ներկա է եղել նաև Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը։
 
Ֆրանսիական կողմից խորհրդակցությունները վարել է Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերի նախարարության Միջազգային հարաբերությունների և ռազմավարության դիրեկտորատի տնօրեն Ալիս Ռուֆոն։
 
Խորհրդակցությունների ընթացքում հանգամանորեն քննարկվել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանն առնչվող խնդիրներ, նաև համագործակցության օրակարգային հարցեր, ձեռք են բերվել մի շարք պայմանավորվածություններ։
