«Նախադպրոցական կրթության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն է կատարվել, համաձայն որի՝ մինչև 2024 թ.-ի հունիսի 1-ը բոլոր գործող տնօրենները պետք է հավաստագրվեն, այլապես չեն կարողանա պաշտոնավարել: 2023թ.-ին հավաստագրմանը մասնակցել է 263 անձ։ Այդ մասին վարչապետ Փաշինյանին ներկայացված հաշվետվության ընթացքում ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։

Զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում ընդունվել են ռազմավարական ոլորտային կարևոր փաստաթղթեր՝ ՀՀ կրթության մինչև 2030 թվականը զարգացման պետական ծրագրի իրականացման գործողությունների ծրագիրը, մշակույթի և սպորտի ոլորտների զարգացման ռազմավարությունները: Ստեղծվել է ԿԳՄՍՆ բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեն, որի հիմնական նպատակը բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության ինտեգրումն է:

Նշվել է, որ նախադպրոցական կրթության պետական նոր չափորոշիչը ներդրվել է 190 հաստատություններում. վերապատրաստվել են շուրջ 1500 մանկավարժներ, ներդրվել է տարակարգի շնորհման համակարգը: Նախադպրոցական համակարգում ամբողջությամբ ներդրվել է համընդհանուր ներառական կրթությունը, ներկայումս մանկապարտեզ է հաճախում կրթության առանձնահատուկ պայմանների կարիք ունեցող 1255 երեխա՝ 2022 թ. 229 երեխայի փոխարեն: Նրանց կրթության ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցները տրամադրվել են պետական բյուջեից, սեպտեմբերից այս խմբին միացել են նաև զինծառայողների երեխաները:
