Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը հունվարի 5-ին ընդունել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի նախագահի նախկին տեղակալ Ֆրանսուազ Տյուլկենին և ՀՀ-ում Բելգիայի Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էրիկ Դը Մույնքին, հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։ 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Անահիտ Մանասյանը ներկայացրել է Պաշտպանի  հաստատության գործունեության առաջնահերթությունները։ Այս համատեքստում նա ընդգծել է երեխաների, կանանց և հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքների կարևորությունը, իր մանդատի շրջանակում անհանդուրժողականության, խտրականության և ատելության խոսքի դեմ պայքարի, իրավահավասարության ապահովման շուրջ աշխատանքները շարունակելու հաստատակամությունը: 

Պաշտպանը նշել է, որ այդ երևույթներն ինչպես ամբողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում լայն տարածում են գտնում, ինչն անընդունելի է: Հատկապես մտահոգիչ է ատելության խոսքի կիրառումն ակադեմիական համայնքում, քաղաքական և հանրային գործիչների կողմից, ինչպես նաև մեդիադաշտում։ Պաշտպանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ ատելության խոսքի ցանկացած դրսևորում պետք է բացառվի հանրային խոսույթից: Անահիտ Մանասյանը ընդգծել է նաև ոստիկանության բարեփոխումների կարևորությունը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պատշաճ համակարգի արմատավորման տեսանկյունից։ Քննարկվել են նաև հավաքների ազատության իրավունքին, խոսքի ազատության իրավունքին առնչվող հարցեր։ 

Հանդիպման շրջանակում ներկայացվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն առնչվող հարցեր։ Պաշտպանն անդրադարձ է կատարել անձամբ իր և աշխատակազմի կողմից իրականացված փաստահավաք աշխատանքներին, որոնց ընթացքում ստացվել են ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի արդյունքում քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում մահվան, խոշտանգումների, մարմինների անարգման, անդամախեղման և վատ վերաբերմունքի՝ միջազգային իրավունքով արգելված այլ դեպքերի մասին տեղեկություններ։ 

Նշված տեղեկությունները ներառվել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի արտահերթ զեկույցում, որը տեղեկությունների իսկությունն ապացուցող խորհրդապահական հատվածով Պաշտպանի կողմից առաջինն է ներկայացվել մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մանդատ ունեցող միջազգային կազմակերպություններին և դերակատարներին։ 

Իր հերթին, Ֆրանսուազ Տյուլկեն և Էրիկ Դը Մույնքը շնորհակալություն են հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար, նաև շնորհավորել Անահիտ Մանասյանին Խոշտանգումների և անմարդկային կամ արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունքի կամ պատժի կանխարգելման եվրոպական կոմիտեում (ԽԿԿ, CPT) Հայաստանի անդամ ընտրվելու առթիվ։  

 Հանդիպման ավարտին Պաշտպանն ու հյուրերը նախանշել են համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղությունները։
