Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի՝ Հունգարիա կատարած պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակում ստորագրվել է հուշագիր՝ երկու երկրների միջև մշակույթի, կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ–ից։

Հուշագիրը ստորագրել են ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և Հունգարիայի մշակույթի և նորարարության պետքարտուղար Բալաշ Հանկոն:

Հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա է եղել նաև Հունգարիայի նախագահ Կատալին Նովակը:

Հուշագրի համաձայն՝ կողմերը նպաստում են արվեստի գործիչների և փորձագետների, ուսանողների, կրթության և հետազոտության բնագավառում աշխատակիցների անմիջական համագործակցությանը, ինչպես նաև մշակույթի, բարձրագույն կրթության, միջին մասնագիտական կրթության և ուսուցման ու նորարարության, գիտատեխնիկական գործունեության բնագավառներում նրանց փոխանակումներին:

Նախատեսվում է նաև երկու պետությունների թանգարանների և գրադարանների միջև կապերի հաստատում՝ մասնագետների և փորձագետների, ինչպես նաև թանգարանային և գրադարանային գործի ոլորտում տեղեկատվական, մեթոդաբանական և մատենագրական նյութերի փոխանակման միջոցով:

Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ կողմերը համագործակցելու են միջազգային կազմակերպությունների (ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ, ՏՀԶԿ, Եվրոպայի խորհրդի մշակութային ուղիներ, ՍԾՏՀ) ու Եվրոպական միության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ծրագրերի շրջանակում՝ Հայաստանի և Հունգարիայի միջև մշակութային, կրթական և հետազոտական համագործակցության խթանման, ինչպես նաև համատեղ մշակութային, կրթական, հետազոտական ծրագրերի իրականացման, փորձի փոխանակման նոր հարթակների ստեղծման միջոցով:

Կողմերն ընդգծել են բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում Հայաստանի և Հունգարիայի միջև առկա ակտիվ համագործակցության կարևորությունը: Ըստ այդմ՝ կողմերը խրախուսում են իրենց բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների միջև անմիջական հարաբերություններն ուսանողների, դասախոսական կազմի, բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների աշխատակիցների, գիտաշխատողների և կրթաթոշակառուների փոխանակման առումով:

Կողմերը նպաստում են նաև երկու երկրների թատերական և համերգային կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև առանձին արվեստի գործիչների և մշակույթի տարբեր ոլորտների կազմակերպությունների միջև անմիջական կապերի հաստատմանը: Կողմերը մասնակցում են նաև արվեստի գործերի փոխանակման ցուցահանդեսներին և համատեղ կազմակերպվող ցուցահանդեսային ծրագրերին:
