«ՀՀ-ն Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի մեծագույն դաշնակից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ «ռազմավարական երկխոսության» մասին անմեղսունակ մի համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել։ Թե ինչ արժի այդ համաձայնագիրը, իմանում ենք, օրինակ, «Գարդիան» օրաթերթի այսօրվա մի հոդվածից։
 
Պարզվում է, 2023 թ. նոյեմբերին, այսինքն՝ Արցախի հայաթափումից ընդամենը մեկուկես ամիս անց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ-ի և բիզնեսի նախարարության պաշտոնյաները առցանց հանդիպում են անցկացրել բրիտանացի բիզնես առաջնորդների հետ՝ խրախուսելով նրանց ընկերություններին օգտվել առաջացած «մեծ հնարավորությունից» և աջակցել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի Ղարաբաղի «վերակառուցման» օրակարգին:
 
Այս հոդվածում «Global Witness» բրիտանական կազմակերպության պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաներից մեկը խստորեն քննադատում է ինչպես Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարությանը, այնպես էլ «Բրիթիշ Փեթրոլիում» ընկերությանն հայերի էթնիկ զտումներին աջակցելու և Ադրբեջանին ֆինանսավորելու համար։
