Սույն թվականի մարտի 5-8-ը, Ժնևում տեղի է ունենում Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի կենտրոնական կոմիտեի՝ Միջազգային հարաբերությունների հանձնախմբի հանդիպումը, որը նվիրված է եկեղեցիների սերտ համագործակցությանը հանուն աշխարհում խաղաղության և արդարության հաստատման:
Համագումարը համախմբել էր ԵՀԽ անդամ եկեղեցիների ներկայացուցիչներին և գործընկեր կազմակերպություններին:
 
Հանդիպմանը, մասնավորապես Եկեղեցիների միջազգային գործերի հանձնաժողովի գործունեության շրջանականերում, քննարկվեցին աշխարհի առջև ծառացած տարբեր մարտահրավերներ, ի թիվս որոնց՝ արդարության և ազատության միջոցով խաղաղության տարածումը, միջազգային օրենքի ու միջազգային կառույցների համգործակցության արդյունավետ զարգացումը, մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների և կրոնի ազատության պաշտպանությունը, ռասսայական խտրականության վրա հիմնված բռնաճնշումները, փախստականների ու բռնի տեղահանված ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը և բարեկեցության խթանումը, ինչպես նաև սոցիալական, մշակութային, կրթական ու հումանիտար խնդիրները հաղթահարելու հրատապ գործողությունները:
 
Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ ԵՀԽ գլխավոր հանդիպմանը Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցին ներկայացնում է Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի Քարոզչական կենտրոնի տնօրեն և Արցախի հոգևոր-մշակութային ժառանգության հարցերով գրասենյակի բաժնի վարիչ Տ. Գարեգին վարդապետ Համբարձումյանը:
 
Միջոցառման ընթացքում տեղի ունեցավ նաև հանդիպում Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի գլխավոր քարտուղարի և Տ․ Գարեգին վարդապետ Համբարձումյանի միջև, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված հայորդիների առջև ծառացած խնդիրները, արցախահայության արդար իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության հրատապությունը և համագործակցության զարգացմանը միտված առաջիկա քայլերը:
