«Ժողովուրդ». Պետության ծախսերն աճել են՝ ի հաշիվ հպարտ քաղաքացու վճարած հարկերի և տուգանքների

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Համաձայն ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակած պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի հիմնական ցուցանիշները 2024 թվականի հունվարին ունեցել են հետեւյալ տեսքը՝ պակասուրդ՝ 68 մլդ դրամ, ծախսեր՝ 116 մլդ դրամ, եկամուտներ՝ 184 մլդ դրամ։

Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ եկամուտները եւ պակասուրդը նվազել են, սակայն բարձրացել է ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի հաշվին ծախսերին հատկացվող ֆինանսական միջոցների սանդղակը գրեթե 23 միլիարդով։

Ահա թե որն է պատճառը՝ ինչու են Հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ արվում, բաց եւ թափանցիկ են դարձնում բանկային գաղտնիքը, որպեսզի հետեւեն բոլորի ֆինանսական ելքերին եւ մուտքեին։

Ահա թե ինչու է պետությունը հարկում նույնիսկ փողոցով անցնողին, որպեսզի հոգա պետության աստղաբաշխական եւ անհիմն ծախսերը, որոնք հաճախ «պոզով-պոչով» կոռուպցիայի աղբյուր են դառնում։

Ստացվում է, որ քաղաքացուն «տուգանքի մատերիալ» սարքող իշխանության նպատակն է հարկել հպարտ քաղաքացուն եւ հոգալ իրենց բարեկեցության ծախսերը»:
