«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «25-օրյա վարժական հավաքներից խուսափածների համար նախատեսված պատիժը կխստացվի. ի՞նչ են քննարկել Պապիկյանն ու պատգամավորները: Երեկ պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը գնացել էր խորհրդարան՝ ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի իշխանական եւ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների հետ փակ ֆորմատով հանդիպման:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթից որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել նախարար Պապիկյանի եւ պատգամավորների հանդիպումից:

Այսպիսով, մեր տեղեկություններով՝ նախարարը եւ պատգամավորները քննարկել են օրենսդրական նախագծերի փաթեթ:

Բանն այն է, որ գործադիրն առաջարկում է խստացնել 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքներից խուսափածների համար նախատեսված պատիժը: Ահա այս «հույժ կարեւոր» հարցով էր Պապիկյանը հասել խորհրդարան:

Գործադիրն առաջարկում է վարժական հավաքից խուսափածներին թե՛ տույժի ենթարկել, թե՛ քրեական պատասխանատվության: Քրեական պատիժը նախատեսում է 2 ամսից ընդհուպ մինչեւ 2 տարի ազատազրկում:

Ինչպես մեզ փոխանցեցին, մինչ ԱԺ գալը նախագիծը նախ պետք է իրավապահ մարմինների «ձեռքի տակով» անցնի, որպեսզի հասկանան՝ արդյոք իրավական անհամապատասխանություն այնտեղ չկա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանում նոր՝ պահեստազորայինների 25-օրյա վարժական հավաքներն անցկացվում են 2024թ.-ի հունվարից. այն կտեւի մինչեւ ապրիլի 12-ը:

Դրանք պարտադիր են 20-ից 55 տարեկան բոլոր պահեստազորայինների համար»:
