ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն այսօր ընդունել է ԳԱԱ Օրգանական և դեղագործական քիմիայի գիտատեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչներին:

Գիտական կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները ներկայացրել են իրենց մտահոգությունը` մոտ 20 տարի առաջ ինստիտուտի տարածքից առանձնացված և օտարված տարածքում ընթացող ծավալուն կառուցապատում իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ: Նրանց խոսքով՝ կենտրոնի հարևանությամբ ընթացող մեծածավալ շինարարական աշխատանքների պատճառով խաթարված է կենտրոնի գիտաշխատողների գործունեության բնականոն ընթացքը:

Վերջին տարիներին պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ ինստիտուտում գիտական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման մեծ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ-ի ու տարածաշրջանի համար եզակի ու թանկարժեք սարքավորումների, որոնց նպատակային աշխատանքը ստեղծված պայմաններում, մասնագետների դիտարկմամբ, լրջորեն վտանգված է: Բացի դրանից՝ գիտաշխատողները չեն կարողանում լիարժեքորեն և ամբողջությամբ իրականացնել նաև այն գիտական նախագծերը, որոնցում ընդգրկված են:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը նշել է, որ խնդիրը երկար տարիների պատմություն ունի, և անհրաժեշտ է քննարկել գործընթացում ներգրավված բոլոր կողմերի և պետական կառույցների հետ:

«ՀՀ կառավարությունը գիտական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերման, գիտնականների վարձատրության ու խրախուսման տարատեսակ այլ ծրագրերի ուղղությամբ մեծ ներդրումներ է կատարել: Մենք ևս շահագրգիռ ենք, որ գիտատեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի աշխատանքը չխաթարվի»,- ասել է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը և ընդգծել՝ պետք է գտնել լուծման այնպիսի տարբերակներ, որոնցում համադրելի կլինեն գիտական կենտրոնի շահերը, սեփականատիրոջ օրինական իրավունքները և պետության առաջնահերթությունները:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հավաստիացրել է՝ խնդիրը խորությամբ կուսումնասիրվի, և հարցը կդառնա քննարկման առարկա՝ հիմնվելով այն գաղափարի վրա, որ որևէ ոլորտում ընթացող գործընթաց պետք է չխոչընդոտի գիտական գործունեությանը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ գիտության ոլորտի զարգացումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններից է, և Կառավարության տարբեր ծրագրերով սահմանվել են հավակնոտ թիրախներ՝ գիտական գործունեության զարգացման ուղղությամբ:
