«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի դատավոր անդամի թափուր տեղի համար իր թեկնածությունն է առաջադրել առայժմ մեկ թեկնածու՝ ՀՀ վերաքնիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը, որին անցած տարի ՔՊ-ն մերժեց:

Դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը հանրության մեջ աչքի ընկավ ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելով: Եվ առհասարակ, Արմեն Դանիելյանը սովորություն ունի անկատար չթողնել որեւէ ՔՊ-ականի ցանկություն:

Առանց անձի մասին լսած լինելու, նրա իրավունքն ապահովելու, մարդուն կալանավորելու պրակտիկան Արմեն Դանիելյանը շարունակեց կիրառել: «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Սարգսյանը նրան ԱԺ ամբիոնից հիշեցրեց, թե ինչպես առանց իրեն լսելու կալանք իրականացրին: Արթուր Սարգսյանի վերաբերյալ կայացրած կալանքի որոշումն Արմեն Դանիելյանի համար դարձավ կարգապահական վարույթ հարուցելու թեմա, ԲԴԽ-ն, սակայն, 2022թ. մայիսի 12-ին, իհարկե, մերժեց վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանին կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու մասին միջնորդությունը:

Սա էլ դեռ քիչ չէ, 2023 թվականին «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ մայիսի 24-ին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում տեղի ունեցած քննարկմանը հաջորդած դատավորի ընտրությունը շառաչուն ապտակ էր քծնանքի ճամփան բռնած ուժային կառույցների եւ դատական իշխանության բոլոր ներկայացուցիչների համար:

Դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը, որ արդարադատությունը մերժելով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության աչքին բարձրանալու համար վճիռներ էր կայացնում, ինքը մերժվեց ՔՊ-ի կողմից: Եվ դժվար է ասել, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նկարով ոգեշնչվող Կարեն Անդրեասյանն ինչպես կընդունի նրա՝ ԲԴԽ գնալու հանդգնությունը»:
