Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ 2024 թվականի մարտ ամսվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել են հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման 625 դեպք և շուրջ 280 մլն դրամի չափով տուգանք։ Արձանագրված խախտումներից 34 դեպքով 34 հարկ վճարողի մոտ արձանագրվել է 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 114.5 մլն դրամի չափով:

Հսկիչ դրամարկղային մեքենաների կիրառման կանոնների խախտման դեպքերով 1.0 մլն դրամ և ավելի տուգանք արձանագրվել է հետևյալ ոլորտներում.

  • hանրային սննդի ոլորտում հանդիսությունների սրահ ունեցող 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 1․6 մլն դրամ տուգանք և հանդիսությունների սրահ չունեցող 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 9.7 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հացի կամ հացաբուլկեղենի արտադրության, կենցաղային կամ համակարգչային տեխնիկայի խանութի, հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, մթերային խանութի, հագուստի, կոշիկի և գործվածքների առևտրի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 2․62 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • hացի կամ հացաբուլկեղենի արտադրության և մթերային խանութի ոլորտներում 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 20 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • մթերային խանութում 20 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 20 դեպքով արձանագրվել է  շուրջ 39 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • բանկային, վարկային, ապահովագրական կամ այլ ֆինանսական գործունեության ոլորտում և մթերային խանութում 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 11 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • բանկային, վարկային, ապահովագրական կամ այլ ֆինանսական գործունեության, մթերային խանութի, այլ և հանրային սննդի (չունի հանդիսությունների սրահ) ոլորտներում 2 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 2 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 20 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • շինանյութի առևտրի ոլորտում և տնտեսական ապրանքների խանութում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 1․5 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • առևտրի իրականացման վայրի կազմակերպման ոլորտում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 2․12 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • հեղուկ և կոշտ վառելիքի առևտրի, ավտոգազալցակայանի ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է 4․93 մլն դրամ տուգանք,
  • մթերային խանութի և այլ ոլորտներում 1 հարկ վճարողի մոտ 1 դեպքով արձանագրվել է շուրջ 2․03 մլն դրամ տուգանք։

ՀԴՄ կիրառման կանոնների խախտում թույլ տված և 1․0 մլն դրամ և ավելի գումարով տուգանված 34 հարկ վճարողների անվանական ցանկը՝ ըստ գործունեության ոլորտների:
