Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բրիտանական ԶԼՄ-ներին տված հարցազրույցում հույս է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունները պետք է տեսական խաղաղության օրակարգը կարողանան վերածել կոնկրետ խաղաղ իրականության․

«Կարծում եմ, որ սահմանազատման գործընթացում արդեն իսկ այսօր կայացվող որոշումներով մենք ցույց ենք տվել մեր անկեղծությունը»,- այդ մասին հայտարարել է նա․

«Կառավարությունը պատրաստ է իր իրավասության շրջանակներում քայլեր ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի ադրբեջանական այն գյուղերում, մասնավորապես 4 գյուղերի մասին է՝ Ղըզըլհաջիլի, Խեյրումլի, Աշաղը Ասկիպարա, Բաղանիս-Այրում, որ այդ գյուղերում, որտեղ հիմա մարդիկ չեն ապրում, այդտեղ մարդկանց կյանքը հնարավոր դառնա, ապրելը հնարավոր դառնա»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։ 

Նա, մասնավորապես, հույս է հայտնել, որ այդ նույն պրոցեսի արդյունքում պետք է նույնքան հնարավոր դառնա մարդկանց կյանքն առանց սթրեսների Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ Բաղանիս, Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց, Բերքաբեր գյուղերում։

«Ես հավատում եմ, որ ավելացնելու է հավատը խաղաղության նկատմամբ՝ և՛ Հայաստանի հանրության, և՛ Ադրբեջանի հանրության շրջանում, և՛ ի վերջո նաև վստահության որոշակի պաշար է կուտակելու։ Եկեք արձանագրենք, որ խորը անվստահություն կա: Նաև ուզում եմ գնահատանքի խոսքեր ասել սահմանազատման հարցերով հանձնաժողովների անդամների և երկու համանախագահների կատարած աշխատանքի մասին, որոնք փորձում են մոլեկուլ առ մոլեկուլ վստահություն կառուցել, որին խնամքով վերաբերվելու դեպքում դա կարող է զարգանալ, խնամքով չվերաբերվելու դեպքում կարող է փլուզվել։ Այդ հանձնաժողովները ղեկավարում են Հայաստանի կողմից՝ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, Ադրբեջանի կողմից՝ փոխվարչապետ Շահին Մուստաֆաևը»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։
