«Ժողովուրդ». Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցը պաշտոնական այցերի պրոտոկոլային մաս չէ․ ԱԳՆ-ն՝ Ղազախստանի նախագահի այցի մասին

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․«Ապրիլի 15-ին պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն էր ժամանել Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաեւը: Վերջինս հանդիպումներ էր ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ալեն Սիմոնյանի եւ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հետ:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը նկատեց, որ պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան եկած Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաեւն այդպես էլ չայցելեց Ծիծեռնակաբերդ, որը մինչ այս պարտադիր էր գրեթե բոլոր պետական այցերի ժամանակ:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դիմեց ԱԳՆ՝ պարզելու՝ Ղազախստանի նախագահի այցի շրջանակներում ինչո՞ւ չի նախատեսվել Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր այց եւ հարգանքի տուրքի մատուցում: Հետաքրքրվեցինք՝ հայկական կողմից Ղազախստանի նախագահին արդյոք նման առաջարկ արվե՞լ է, եւ գուցե նա՞ է մերժել:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից պատասխանեցին, թե Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցը պաշտոնական այցերի պրոտոկոլային մաս չէ. «Պաշտոնական այցերի համար սահմանված արարողակարգային ընթացակարգերին համապատասխան՝ Ղազախստանի նախագահի այցի ընթացքում կայացել են հանդիպումներ ՀՀ նախագահի, վարչապետի եւ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի հետ:

Պաշտոնական այցերի ծրագիրը կազմվում է փոխադարձ համաձայնեցմամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով այցի ընդհանուր օրակարգը եւ քննարկվելիք հարցերի շրջանակը»:

Նկատենք, որ մինչ այս, թե’ օտարերկրյա բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, թե’ պատվիրակությունների պաշտոնական այցերի օրակարգում Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցը մշտապես պարտադիր է եղել. հասկանալի է, որ սա հայկական կողմի պարտադիր պահանջն է եղել, որին գործընկերները համաձայնել են:

Հիմա, փաստորեն, «իրավիճակ է փոխվել», ու Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցը այլեւս պարտադիր չէ:

Հաշվի առնելով ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ Ցեղասպանությունը եւ դրա զոհերի թիվն ու ինքնությունը կասկածի տակ դնող հայտարարությունները, կարելի է ենթադրել, որ հենց նրանց նախաձեռնությամբ էլ Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր այցն այլեւս արարողակարգային պայման չէ»:
