«Տավուշում ստեղծված վակխանալիայից հետո Ադրբեջանի քայլերը լինելու է հետևյալը. քանի որ Նիկոլն ընդունում է, որ Տավուշի էդ հատվածը «ադրբեջանական» է, նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանն «օկուպացրել» է այդ տարածքները: Այստեղից էլ հետևություն, որ Ադրբեջանը հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով ու հարթակներով հայտարարելու է, որ «Հայաստանը օկուպանտ» է:

Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլի ձեռամբ օկուպանտի կլեյմոն խլվեց ադրբեջանցիներից ու դաջվեց մեր ճակատին: Հիմա ամենահետաքրքիրը. եթե չգիտեք՝ ասեմ, որ, ըստ միջազգային իրավունքի, «օկուպանտը» պետք է փոխհատուցի իր այդ «քայլի» համար. այսինքն տրամաբանական է, որ առաջիկայում Ալիևն առաջ է քաշելու կոնտրիբուցիաների (ռազմատուգանք) հարցը: Ոնց հասկանում եմ Նիկոլն էդ հարցում էլ ա «օկ», ավելին, մի վայրկյան չեմ կասկածում, որ առաջիկա ամիսներին նիկոլենք էս թեման էլ մանրից կսկսեն «եփել»:

Ի դեպ ասեմ, որ խոսքը գնալու է մի քանի 100 միլիարդ դոլարի մասին, որը հաճույքով ճպցնելու են մեր ճակատին ու գումարի հանձման գրաֆիկը դնեն դեմներս պլյուս գույքի, բնակչության վերատադրության հարցերը: Էլ չեմ խոսում, որ էս ֆոնին առաջին պլան է գալու «ռազմական հանցագործների» թեման ու հստակ ցուցակ հրապարակվի: Սրա վերջնական նպատակը մեզ քաղաքական քարտեզից հանելն ա ու, ասեմ ձեզ, որ դրան բան չի մնացել»:
