1. Եթե գերագույն գլխավոր տգետի կողմից, որպես Շուշին Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու հիմնավորում, բերվում է վերջինիս բնակչության ազգային կազմը ըստ 1989 թ. մարդահամարի տվյալների, ապա ինչպե՞ս հասկանալ, որ այդ նույն մարդահամարի տվյալներով ամբողջապես կամ մեծամասնությամբ հայկական բնակչություն ունեցող հյուսիսային Արցախի շատ բնակավայրեր շարունակում են գտնվել Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության կազմում:

  1. Տեղյա՞կ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, թե ինչպիսի ազգային համամասնություն են ունեցել Շահումյանի շրջանի ու Գետաշենի ենթաշրջանի շատ բնակավայրեր ըստ այդ նույն 1989 թ. մարդահամարի տվյալների՝ բուն Շահումյանը, Վերինշենը, Մանաշիդը, Մանասինշենը, Գաղթուտը, Բուզլուխը, Կամոն, Ազատը, Մարտունաշենը, Գետաշենը, Կուշչի-Արմավիրը, Այգեստանը և հայաբնակ այլ բնակավայրերը: Եթե տեղյակ է, որ հակամարտության բռնկման պահին այդ բնակավայրերը ունեցել են տոտալ կամ գերակշռող հայկական բնակչություն, ապա այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ Շուշին Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու դեպքում հիմքում դրվում է բնակչության ազգային կազմը ըստ 1989 թ. մարդահամարի տվյալների, իսկ հյուսիսային Արցախի բնակավայրերի պատկանելիության պարագայում այդ նույն սկզբունքը շրջանցվում է:
  2. Տեղյա՞կ է Նիկոլը, որ իր “կիրթ ու կառուցողական գործընկեր” Իլհամ Ալիևի հայրն անձամբ 2002 թ. պաշտոնապես ընդունել ու հրապարակայնորեն հայտարարել է, որ խորհրդային իշխանության տարիներին տարվել է Արցախի ու Նախիջևանի հայաթափման նպատակային քաղաքականություն, ու միայն դա է պատճառը, որ իր վկայաբերած 1989 թ. մարդահամարի տվյալներով Շուշիի բնակչությունն այդպիսի ազգային համամասնություն է ունեցել: Մինչդեռ, ասենք 1879 թ. մարդահամարի տվյալներով Շուշիի բնակչության 55.7 %-ը կազմել են հայերը և միայն 41.6 %-ը՝ թաթարները (ադրբեջանցի էթնոնիմ այդ ժամանակ դեռ չկար): Թեև Հեյդար Ալիևին վկայակոչելու կարիք էլ չկա. բուն ԼՂԻՄ-ի բնակչության ազգային համամասնության փոփոխությունների դինամիկան հեշտությամբ տեսանելի է 1926, 1939, 1959, 1970, 1979 և 1989 թթ. մարդահամարի տվյալների պարզ համեմատությամբ:
  3. Եթե այս ամենի մասին գերագույն գլխավոր տգետը տեղյակ չէ, ապա պատրա՞ստ է հայտնի անեկդոտի տաքսու ուղևորի նման (վարպե՛տ, նոր եմ իմացել, որ Մասիսը մերը չի, քշի՛ Թուրքիա) ձեռքը վերցնել, օրինակ, 1939 թ. մարդահամարի կցված այս երկու տվյալներն ու Ալիևի հետ հաջորդ հանդիպման ժամանակ պահանջել Հայաստանին վերադարձնել Շահումյանի ու Խանլարի շրջանները՝ ճիշտ նույն հիմնավորմամբ:
