«Երկիր Ծիրանի» կուսակցության նախագահ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Այսօր Արաբկիրի բաժնի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն այցելել են իմ բնակարան և փոխանցել ՀՀ ՀՔԾ-ի կողմից կազմված ծանուցագիրը: 

Ծանուցագրում նշված է, որ ցանկանում են լսել իմ բացատրությունները` նիկոլ փաշինյանի կողմից լրտեսություն անելու և գումարի դիմաց հողեր հանձնելու վերաբերյալ: 

Համոզված եմ, որ ՀՔԾ-ում կան քննիչներ, ովքեր ունեն բավարար փաստեր նիկոլ փաշինյանին և աննա հակոբյանին ներգրավելու որպես մեղադրյալներ՝ ոչ միայն գործակալներ լինելու  և գումարի դիմաց հող հանձնելու փաստերի հիման վրա: 

Համոզված եմ նաև, որ ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նույնպես ունի բավարար գիտելիքներ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու վերոնշյալ զույգի և նրանց հետ համագործակցող խմբակի անդամների նկատմամբ: 

Սակայն այն փաստը, որ այդ քրեական հետապնդումը առ այսօր տեղի չի ունեցել և հույսը դրել են իմ կողմից բացատրություններ ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտության վրա, երկմտանքի տեղիք է տալիս:
Այդուհանդերձ, նիկոլի և աննայի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու գործում ես պատրաստակամություն եմ հայտնում տրամադրելու  բացատրություններ»:
