«Ժողովուրդ». Խրախուսանքի է արժանացել

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի ձեռքում է հայտնվել ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի քրեական գործը քննելուց հրաժարված դատավոր Վաչե Մարգարյանի գրությունը, թե նա ինչու է հրաժարվել քննել այդ քրեական գործը։

Մարգարյանը իր որոշման մեջ գրել է. «Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ նախագահող դատավորս 1999-2001 թվականներին զորակոչվել եմ բանակ՝պարտադիր ժամկետային զիծառայության եւ նշանակվել եմ ՊԲ զորամասում որպես շարքային զինվոր, այնուհետեւ ստացել եմ ավագի կոչում։ Զորակոչվելով բանակ թիվ ՊԲ N զորամասի հրամանատարն է հանդիսացել Մովսես Հրանտի Հակոբյանը, ում հրամամատարության ներքո էլ սկսվել է իմ զինծառայությունը։

Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ Մովսես Հրանտի Հակոբյանին՝ որպես զորամասի հրամանատարի վերաբերվել եմ շատ դրական, կատարել եմ նրա կողմից տրված բոլոր հրամանները եւ հանձնարարականները՝ նրան ընդունելով որպես պրոֆեսիոնալ զինվորական, եւ ցուցաբերելով օրինակելի վարքագիծ՝ արժանացել եմ նրա կողմից տրված խրախուսանքների, ուստի գտնում եմ՝ տվյալ պարագայում կանխակալ վերաբերմունք ունեմ մեղադրյալ Մովսես Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ եւ որպես դատավոր չեմ կարող լինել անաչառ եւ գործով իրականացնել անկողմնակալ որոշում»:

Եվ արդյունքում գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Մանվել Շահվերդյանին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-Ն Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ պետական գաղտնիք հրապարակելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցել էր քրեական գործ, քանի որ նա պատերազմի ընթացքի մասին մի շարք աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ էր արել»:
