«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Մովսես Հակոբյանի գործով նոր հրահանգ կա: Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգում սահմանափակելով ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի քրեական գործը՝ քաղաքական իշխանությունը չի բավարարվել:

Արդեն հրահանգ կա դատական նիստը անցկացնել դռնփակ ռեժիմով: Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-Ն ՀՀ ՊՆ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ պետական գաղտնիք հրապարակելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցել էր քրեական գործ, քանի որ նա պատերազմի ընթացքի մասին մի շարք աղմկահարույց բացահայտումներ էր արել: Գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Վաչե Մարգարյանին, որը հրաժարվել էր քննել այն՝ նշելով, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանի զինվորն է եղել ու նրա կողմից խրախուսանքի է արժանացել, ինչի արդյունքում գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Մանվել Շահվերդյանին, որին էլ հրահանգել են նիստն անցկացնել դռնփակ, քանի որ այդպես է պետք:

Դատելով իրավիճակից՝ իշխանությունները վախենում են, որ Մովսես Հակոբյանը պատերազմի մասով դատարանում այնպիսի փաստեր կներկայացնի, որոնց հանրայնացումը անհարմար դրություն կստեղծի, ուստի իրավիճակը լուծելու լավագույն տարբերակը դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգը փակելն է ու քրեական գործով նիստը դռնփակ անցկացելը, թեեւ, հիշեցնենք, Հակոբյանն իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ամեն ինչի մասին հրապարակավ էր խոսել:
