Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի նախագահի ՔՊ թեկնածուն ԿԲ նախկին նախագահ, ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանն է: Վերջինս հիշեցնենք նախարարի պաշտոնը թողնելուց հետո երկար ժամանակ պարապուրդի էր մատնված, չնայած մամուլը մշտապես գրում էր, որ Փաշինյանը պատրաստվում է Ջանջուղազյանին նոր պաշտոնի նշանակել և ահա, կարծես թե տեղեկությունները հաստատվում են:

Սակայն, գլխավոր ինտրիգը այստեղ կայանում է ոչ թե Ջանջուղազյանի նշանակման փաստում, այլ նրանում, թե ինչ նպատակով է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջինիս գործուղում Հաշվեքննիչ պալատ: Բանն այն է, որ Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի գործառույթների մեծ մասը համըկնում է և կրկնում է ՊՎԾ գործառույթները, իսկ մենք գիտենք, որ վերջերս Փաշինյանի աչքերի կարգավիճակում այնտեղ էր տեղափոխվել բնապահպանության նախկին նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը: Ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այնքան էլ չի վստահում իր թիմակցին և «ստրախովկայի» համար Հաշվեքննիչ պալատ է ուղարկում հին «գել» և, ընդ որում, նախկինների հետ սերտորեն ասոցացվող Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանին: Ինչ չի կարողանա կամ չի ցանկանա պեղել Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը՝ կպեղի Ջանջուղազյանը, վերջինիս փորձը դա, անշուշտ, թույլ է տալիս:

Ընդ որում՝ մինչ այս որոշումը մամուլում Յոլյանին փոխարինողի երկու անուն էր շրջանառվում՝ Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանի և ՔՊ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր, պալատի անդամ Եղիշե Սողոմոնյանինը: Այս դեպքում էլ, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Փաշինյանի ընտրությունը կանգ առավ ոչ թե հեղափոխական թիմակցի, այլ նախկին մերժված նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մտերիմ համարվող Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանի վրա: Վերջինս գուցե ոչ միայն պետք է կատարի Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի աշխատանքը՝ Փաշինյանի պատկերացմամբ նրանից ավելի լավ, այլ նաև պետք է վերահսկի վերջինիս՝ լինելով Փաշինյանի մյուս զույգ աչքը համակարգում:
