Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, YouTube ալիքով պատասխանելով ռուսաստանցի լրագրող Վլադիմրի Սոլովյովի հարցերին, ասել է, թե նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետությունների մեծ մասը կարող է միանալ Բելառուսի և Ռուսաստանի Միութենական պետությանը։

«Դե, Հայաստանը գնալու տեղ չունի: Կարծո՞ւմ եք` նրանք ինչ-որ մեկին պետք են: Նրանք դա տեսան: Նիկոլ Վովաևիչը դա տեսավ: Ադրբեջանը ինչ-որ կերպ դուրս է գալիս այդ խմբից, քանի որ մենք էլ ենք շատ սխալներ գործել: Առանձին թեմա է: Անտեղ Թուրքիան, իհարկե շատ լուրջ աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Ադրբեջանին: Թուրքիայով են անցնում գազը, նավթը: Իսկ Թուրքմենստանը, Ուզբեկստանը և Տաջիկստանը, կարծում եմ, անհրաժեշտությունից, առաջին հերթին տնտեսական (անհրաժեշտությունից-խմբ.) դրդված, նույնպես կմիանան»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն:

«Իհարկե, հիմա արդեն տեսանելի է, ընդհանուր պաշտպանական տարածք, մենք դա տեսնում ենք: Դա ապացուցել են և՛ Ղազախստանը, և՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ը, և հատուկ ծառայությունները կաշխատեն և այլն»,- նշել է Լուկաշենկոն։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ապագայում Միութենական պետությունը կարող է ունենալ միասնական արժույթ։ «Դա կլինի անկախ պետությունների միավորում: Ոչ, ոչ անկախ, ինքնիշխան: Անկախությունը հարաբերական հասկացություն է: Ինչպե՞ս կարող եմ ես անկախ լինել, եթե ամբողջ գազն ու նավթը գալիս են (Ռուսաստանից), իսկ այժմ՝ շուկան էլ է ռուսական»,- ասել է Լուկաշենկոն:
