Ինչու է ուշանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատասխանը՝ Լուկաշենկոյի աղմկահարույց հայտարարությանը

Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն, երեկ, պատասխանելով ռուս լրագրող Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հարցերին, ասել է, թե նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետությունների մեծ մասը կարող է միանալ Բելառուսին և Ռուսաստանի Միութենական պետությանը։ Նա անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանին՝ նշելով.

«Դե, Հայաստանը գնալու տեղ չունի: Կարծում եք` նրանք ինչ-որ մեկին պե՞տք են: Նրանք դա տեսան: Նիկոլ Վովաևիչը դա տեսավ»,- ասել էր Լուկաշենկոն:

Այս թեմայով ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Թևան Պողոսյանի հետ, որն ասաց ցանկացած երկրի ղեկավար, որը Հայաստանի մասին նման արտահայտություն է իրեն թույլ տալիս՝ անթույլատրելի է: Նա այն կարծիքին է, որ Լուկաշենկոյի գործընկերը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պետք է համապատասխան արձագանք տա այդ հայտարարությանը.

«Եթե մի երկրի ղեկավարը, օրինակ, Ալիևը իրեն որևէ արտահայտություն է թույլ տալիս Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ, ապա նրան պետք է պատասխանի հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ոչ թե Հայաստանի հասարակությունը: Լուկաշենկոն չպետք է Հայաստանի մասին նման կերպ խոսեր, բայց դրա հետ մեկտեղ էլ Հայաստանի պատասխանը պետք է համապատասխան պետական ինստիտուտներով գնա: Լուկաշենկոն  նախկին նախագահ չէ, ինքը դաշնակից երկրի գործող նախագահն է, բա Հայաստանը չպե՞տք է պատասխան տա »,- նշեց նա:

Մեր այն դիտարկմանը, թե հնարավոր է, որ այդպես էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխան չտա, որ դաշնակից երկրի հետ հարաբերությունները չլարվեն, քաղաքագետը նկատեց, որ եթե պատասխան չլինի, ապա միայն Լուկաշենկոյի խոսքը կմնա և վերջ. Թևանյանը բերեց Ալիևի օրինակը. «Եթե թշնամին չի պատասխանում, ապա լսում է աշխարհի խոսքը՝ դե, եթե թշնամին ինչ-որ բան է ասում, Հայաստանն էլ չի պատասխանում, ուրեմն Ալիևն է ճիշտ: Այդ պատճառով աշխարհը Ալիևին ոչինչ չի ասում, իսկ ինքը հայկական եկեղեցիներն է քանդում, պատմությունը փոխում, մեր հողերը գրավում, զինվորների պարանոցը կտրում, ահաբեկիչներ բերում, իսկ աշխարհը շարունակում է լռել»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:

Վերջինս այն կարծիքին է, որ եթե չլիներ 44-օրյա պատերազմը, կամ այն այլ ավարտ ունենար, ապա Լուկաշենկոն իրեն երբևէ նման արտահայտություն թույլ չէր տա. « Երբ դու պարտված ես և պարտված իշխանությունն է շարունակում ղեկավարել երկիրը՝ քեզ վերաբերվում են ինչպես պարտվածի»,- ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
