Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի և Գիտելիքի ու դպրության օրվա առթիվ: Տոնական այս օրն առանձնակի ջերմությամբ իմ շնորհավորանքներն ու բարեմաղթանքներն եմ հղում հատկապես առաջին անգամ դպրոց գնացած մեր մանուկներին: Ցանկանում եմ, որ ուսումնառության բոլոր տարիներին նրանց ուղեկցի գիտելիքներ ստանալու ծարավն ու բարձր առաջադիմությունը: Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ նաև մեր բոլոր ուսանողներին, բոլոր այն հրաշալի ու խոստումնալից երիտասարդներին, ովքեր ԲՈՒՀ-երում ձեռք բերած հարուստ գիտելիքներով, մասնագիտական բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ և նոր ու ժամանակակից մտածողությամբ դառնալու են մեր վաղվա օրվա փոխարինողներն ու հետնորդները: Ուզում եմ սրտանց շնորհավորել նաև կրթության ոլորտի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին՝ մանկավարժներին ու դասախոսներին։ Հենց ձեր քրտնաջան ու հետևողական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ են կրթվում ու դաստիարակվում մեր ապագա սերունդները։
Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորելով Հայաստանի, Արցախի և Սփյուռքի բոլոր դպրոցականներին, ուսանողներին ու կրթության բնագավառի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ մաղթում եմ նորանոր հաջողություններ, ձեռքբերումներ և նվաճումներ:
