Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Մարտունու շրջանի Ճարտար քաղաքում մասնակցել է բարերար Վլադիրմիր Ավագյանի միջոցներով կառուցված բազմաֆունկցիոնալ մարզահամալիրի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը:

Ինչպես հայտնում են Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից, երկրի ղեկավարն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել Վլադիմիր Ավագյանին՝ «Հայկական գյուղերի զարգացման հիմնադրամ»-ի ծրագրերի շրջանակում սեփական միջոցներով անցած տարիների ընթացքում Արցախում իրականացրած շուրջ տասը միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի բարեգործական նախագծերի համար: Նա ընդգծել է, որ հերթական նախաձեռնությունը կարևոր գործոն է լինելու մատաղ սերնդի առողջ ապրելակերպի և հագեցած առօրյայի ապահովման համար:

Նախագահ Հարությունյանը հյուրերի հետ միասին ծանոթացել է մարզական կենտրոնի ժամանակակից պայմաններին, հետևել պատանիների ցուցադրական պարապմունքներին:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին նաև ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը, ԱՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Անահիտ Հակոբյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, շրջանային վարչակազմի պատասխանատուներ, հյուրեր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակությունը:
