Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը Մարսել կատարած եռօրյա այցի ընթացքում հանդիպել է Մարսելի տարբեր ազդեցիկ շրջանակների հետ, հայտնում է Այս մասին գրում է ՀՅԴ պաշտոնական arfd.am կայքը։

«Ֆրանսայի նախագահ Էմանուէլ Մաքրոն Մարսէյ եռօրեայ այցելութեան ծիրէն ներս հանդիպում ունեցաւ Մարսէյի ազդեցիկ տարբեր շրջանակներու (տնտեսական, ճարտարարուեստի, քաղաքական, համայնքային,մարզական, մշակութային, առեւտրական, գիտական-կրթական, եւայլն) հետ, զոր հրաւիրած էր անձամբ:

Սոյն երեկոյին, Մարսէյի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներու հետ իր հանդիպումին, որուն ներկայ էր նաեւ Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամաւոր Սապրինա Ակրեսթի-Ռուպաշ, պատասխանելով իրեն ուղղուած դիմումին՝ «պարոն նախագահ, Արցախի շրջափակման եւ ազերիական յարձակողապաշտ ընթացքին դէմ ձեզմէ կը սպասենք առաւել ազդու նախաձեռնութիւն, գործնակա՛ն եւ ոչ միայն բարոյական», ըսաւ հետեւեալը. «Ես Ալիեւին վրայ աւելի ճնշում բանեցուցած եմ եւ կը բանեցնեմ քան նոյնինքն Փաշինեանը: Հարցը Փաշինեանն է: Ես Արցախի հարցով միակն եմ, որ յստակ կեցուածք ու պատգամ ունիմ»:

Նախագահին այս պատասխանին, ՀՅԴ Արեւմտեան Եւրոպայի Կեդրոնական Կոմիտէի ներկայացուցիչ Հրաչ Վարժապետեան ըսաւ. «պարոն նախագահ, մենք իբրեւ Ֆրանսայի քաղաքացի մենք ձեզի կը դիմենք որպէս մեր նախագահը, ինչպէս նաեւ Մինսկի խումբի համանախագահ, եւ կ‘ակնկալենք, որ ցուցաբերէք Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցներուն գործնական զօրակցութիւն:

Գիտենք, որ մեր ընկերը՝ Ֆրանսահայ կազմակերպութեանց համակարգող խորհուրդի համանախագահ Մուրատ Փափազեան տարբեր առիթներով արծարծած է ձեր հետ Արցախի տագնապալի եւ յուժ մտահոգիչ կացութիւնը, մենք մեր կարգին կը դիմենք ձեզի միեւնոյն պահանջով ու միեւնոյն հարթութեամբ: Պէտք է յստակ ըլլայ նաեւ, որ մեզի համար անընդունելի է հայապատկան դարաւոր Արցախը Ատրպէյճանի կազմին մէջ տեսնելու որեւէ խօսակցութիւն կամ մտադրութիւն»:

Նախագահ Մաքրոն եզրակացուց. « Մի կասկածիք Արցախի եւ ընդհանրապէս Հայաստանի գծով վճռականութեանս: Պիտի շարունակեմ ջանքս, նոյնիսկ եթէ մինչ օրս այս օրակարգով գրեթէ միակն եմ միջազգային ընտանիքէն ներս: Գիտէք նաեւ, որ առաջին անգամ ըլալով Ֆրանսա Հայաստանի իր դեսպանութեան մօտ ուղարկեց զինուորական իր կցորդը, որ պէտք է որոշ բան նշանակէ, չէ՞: Մենք պիտի ընենք մեր կարելին, առաւելագոյնը»»:
