Էքսեթերի համալսարանի (Մեծ Բրիտանիա) գիտնականները սահմանել են քնելու լավագույն ժամանակը՝ նվազեցնելու սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություններից մահացության վտանգը: Հետազոտության արդյունքները ներկայացվել են European Heart Journal-ում:

Փորձագետները վերլուծել են ավելի քան 100 հազար մասնակիցների տվյալները։ Տեղեկությունը ներառել է կամավորների՝ քնելուց առաջ սովորությունները և նրանց սրտանոթային առողջությունը:

Ինչպես պարզվել է, նրանք, ովքեր քնել են ժամը 22-23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ունեցել են սրտի կաթվածի, ինսուլտի և սրտի այլ խնդիրների ամենացածր ռիսկը: Նրանք, ովքեր քնել են կեսգիշերից հետո, ունեցել են 25%-ով ավելի բարձր ռիսկ, և 24%-ով բարձր ռիսկ է գրանցվել նրանց մոտ, ովքեր քնել են մինչև երեկոյան ժամը 22-ը: Ավելին, քնելու ժամն ավելի շատ է ազդել կանանց, քան տղամարդկանց վրա։
