Դավիթ Տոնոյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հերթական հայտարարությունն է հրապարակել՝ կապված Դավիթ Տոնոյանի խափանման միջոցը փոփոխելու վերաբերյալ միջնոդրության քննության հետ։

Հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Դավիթ Տոնոյանի նկատմամբ դեռևս 2021 թվականից մտացածին մեղադրանքների հիման վրա նախաձեռնված բացահայտ «քրեադատավարական փաթեթավորմամբ քաղաքական» հետապնդման առաջին իսկ օրվանից Դավիթ Տոնոյանի պաշտպանական խումբը հայտարարել է հարուցված քրեական գործի շինծու և անհիմն լինելու վերաբերյալ: Ակնհայտ ապօրինություններով և պաշտպանական որոլտի վերաբերյալ ոչ կոմպետենտ մեղադրանքներով զուգորդվող քրեական վարույթը նպատակ է հետապնդում Դավիթ Տոնոյանին հնարավորինս երկար ժամանակ հասարակությունից մեկուցացված պահել:

Այդ ապօրինի մտադրության հերթական ապացույցը ներկայացվում է ստորև․

Այսպես, Դավիթ Տոնոյանի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում դատարանի կողմից արդեն հարցաքննվել են բոլոր վկաները և երկու ամբաստանյալ։ Որևէ վկայի կողմից Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և մյուսների նկատմամբ առաջարդված մեղադրանքը հիմնավորող որևէ ցուցմունք չի տրվել։ Ի սկզբանե Դավիթ Տոնոյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու հիմքում դատարանը դրել էր հենց վկաների նկատմամբ ապօրինի ազդեցություն գործադրելու կասկածը։ Ակնհայտ էր, որ Դավիթ Տոնոյանին շարունակական կալանքի տակ պահելու համար անհրաժեշտ էր մոգոնել նոր հիմք, քանի որ դատակոչված վկաներին հարցաքննելուց հետո Դավիթ Տոնոյանին անազատության մեջ պահելու հիմքերը սպառվում էին և դատարանը ստիպված էր լինելու ազատել նրան կալանքից։ Ըստ այդմ՝ առանցքային վկաներին հարցաքննելուց հետո ՀՀ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավոր Վահե Դոլմազյանի կողմից Դավիթ Տոնոյանի կալանքը այլ խափանման միջոցով փոխարինելու միջնորդության քննության արդյունքում կայացվեց դատական ակտ, որով Դավիթ Տոնոյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու հիմքերին ավելացվեց նաև ամբաստանյալների նկատմամբ ապօրինի ազդեցություն գործադրելու կասկածը, որը զուրկ էր որևէ հիմնավորումից։
