ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերը հյուրընկալելու նպատակով Հայաստանի հայտը ներկայացնելու համար գտնվում է Փարիզում:
 
Պատվիրակությունը Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության կենտրոնակայանում մասնակցել է ՖԽՄԿ կողմնորոշիչ խորհրդի նիստին, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերը հյուրընկալելու նպատակով Հայաստանի կողմից ներկայացված թեկնածության հայտը։ ՀՀ պատվիրակության կազմում են նաև Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալներ Կարեն Գիլոյանը և Դանիել Դանիելյանը, ինչպես նաև Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Հասմիկ Տոլմաջյանը։
 
ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն իր ելույթում մեծապես կարևորել է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերի՝ որպես ֆրանկոֆոն մշակույթի և արժեքների տարածմանն և ֆրանսերեն լեզվի զարգացմանը նպաստող կարևոր միջոցառման անցկացումը և վերահաստատել համապատասխան որոշման կայացումից հետո դրանք լավագույնս կազմակերպելու ՀՀ կառավարության հանձնառությունը։
 
Կողմնորոշիչ խորհրդի անդամները ՀՀ պատվիրակության անդամներին ուղղել են Խաղերի կազմակերպման նպատակով տարբեր ոլորտներում նախատեսվող աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ իրենց հուզող մի շարք հարցեր, որոնց տրվել են սպառիչ պատասխաններ։ Մի շարք երկրներ գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել են ՀՀ կողմից ներկայացված հայտի մշակման ուղղությամբ գործադրված զգալի ջանքերը և Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի խաղերի կազմակերպման համար անհրաժեշտ նախադրյալների և պայմանների առկայությունը։
 
ՖԽՄԿ կողմնորոշիչ խորհրդի կողմից նիստի արդյունքներով նախապատրաստվող եզրակացությունից հետո Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 10-րդ խաղերը հյուրընկալող երկրի վերաբերյալ կայացված որոշումը պաշտոնապես կհրապարակվի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի մշտական խորհրդի առաջիկայում կայանալիք նիստի ժամանակ։
 
ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը դեկտեմբերի 14-ին առանձնազրույց էր ունեցել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության գործադիր տնօրեն Կարոլին Սենթ Իլերի հետ։
