Արգենտինայի նախագահը տնտեսության մեջ արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել

Արգենտինայի նախագահ Խավիեր Մայլին արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել տնտեսական, առողջապահական և սոցիալական ոլորտներում մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջը։ Համապատասխան որոշումը հրապարակվել է կառավարության տեղեկագրում։ Այս մասին գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել տնտեսական, ֆինանսական, հարկաբյուջետային, վարչական, կենսաթոշակային, սակագնային և սոցիալական ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության ոլորտում մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջ։ Մայլին արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարել՝ արդարացնելու բարեփոխումների փաթեթի ընդունումը, որն ուղղված է տնտեսության ազատականացմանն ու ապակարգավորմանը՝ առանց դրանք Կոնգրեսի միջոցով առանձին անցնելու։ Հրամանագիրը պարունակում է ավելի քան 360 հոդված, որոնցից շատերը վերացնում կամ փոփոխում են գործող օրենքները։ Հրամանագիրն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակման պահից։

Սակայն կառավարությունը նույնպես պետք է այն ներկայացնի Կոնգրեսին։ Հրամանագիրը կարող է չեղյալ համարվել միայն այն դեպքում, եթե խորհրդարանի երկու պալատներն էլ այն անվավեր ճանաչեն: Չորեքշաբթի երեկոյան Մայլին դիմել է ժողովրդին՝ հայտարարելով արտակարգ հրամանագրի ստորագրման մասին։
