«Ժողովուրդ» Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի միջադեպի գործով կհարցաքննվեն նաև մյուս մասնակիցները

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ տոներից հետո նախաքննական մարմինը որոշել է Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի միջադեպի գործով հարցաքննել միջադեպի մյուս մասնակիցներին: Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ անգամ բարձրացվել է հարցը, որ միգուցե Երեւանի ավագանու «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Սոնա Աղեկյանին ճանաչեն տուժող։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կենտրոնի քննչական բաժին է հրավիրվել եւ հարցաքննվել Երեւանի ավագանու կին անդամներից ընդամենը մեկը՝ Երեւանի ավագանու «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամ Սոնա Աղեկյանը. նրանից հետո այլ անձ չի հարցաքննվել։

Իսկ ի՞նչ էր արել Սոնա Աղեկյանը քաղաքապետարանում միջադեպի ժամանակ:

Ավագանու անդամ Անի Խաչատրյանը ամբիոնից հնչեցրեց հայտարարություններ, որոնք դահլիճում կրքերը թեժացրին: Ու երբ Անի Խաչատրյանը լքեց ամբիոնը եւ վերադառնում էր նստելու իր տեղը, ավագանու անդամ Սոնա Աղեկյանը բաժակի ջուրը լցրեց նրա վրա, ինչից հետո սկսվեց ողջ կռիվը։ Փաստ է մեկ բան. արդեն միջադեպից անցել է շուրջ 2 ամիս, եւ գործով ո՛չ մեղադրյալ կա, ո՛չ տուժող։

Ըստ նախաքննական մարմնի՝ Սոնա Աղեկյանը ընդամենը ջուր է լցրել Անի Խաչատրյանի վրա, մինչդեռ Խաչատրյանը բռնել է նրա մազերից ու քաշքշել։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ոստիկանությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 21-ին՝ Երեւանի ավագանու հերթական նիստի ժամանակ՝ ավագանու մի քանի անդամների միջեւ առաջացած տարաձայնության ընթացքում, փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցվել, որի ընթացքում, հասարակության նկատմամբ դրսեւորելով անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, հնչել են հայհոյանքներ՝ այդկերպ խախտելով քաղաքապետարանի բնականոն աշխատանքը:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խուլիգանություն կատարելը) եւ 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետի (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից հարվածներ հասցնելը կամ բռնի այլ գործողություններ կատարելը) հատկանիշներով։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, հանգամանքները պարզվում են»։
