ՏԿԵ նախարարությունը Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ համայնքի ՔՊ-ական համայնքապետ Դավիթ Ղուլունցի եղբորը՝ Սասուն Ղուլունցին պատկանող ընկերությանը՝ «ԱՍ ՇԻՆ 80» ՍՊԸ-ին, տեղի ավազի հանքն ուսումնասիրելու թույլտվություն է տվել: Այդ ուսումնասիրությունները տեւելու են մեկ տարի երկու ամիս: Պետք է պարզեն` հնարավո՞ր է շահագործել այդ հանքը: Այս մասին ԶԼՄ-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրել էր Տեղ համայնքի «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ավագանու անդամ Մասիս Զեյնալյանը։  Նա նշեց, որ «ԱՍ ՇԻՆ 80» ՍՊԸ-ն նոր հիմնադրված շինարարակական ընկերություն է։ Ավելին՝ Տեղ համայնքի բնակիչների կարծիքն առանձնապես չեն էլ հարցրել, և որոշումը ընդունել են առանց հանրային քննարկման:

Դեռ մի կողմ դնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ այստեղ գործ ունենք շահերի դասական բախման հետ: Այս հարցով պետք է զբաղվեն պատկան մարմինները՝ նրանց տիրույթում է, հատկապես, երբ վարչապետի մակարդակով ամեն օր հայտարարվում է, որ երկրում նման երևույթները արմատախիլ են արվել, իսկ եթե հանդիպեն էլ՝ պատժվելու են օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ: Սակայն, կա հարցի մյուս կողմը: Սահմանամերձ համայնքի խնդիրները լուծելու փոխարեն՝ ՔՊ-ականները զբաղված են սեփական բարեկեցությունն ապահովելով: Առանց այդ էլ Տեղ համայնքի բնակիչները զրկվել են արոտավայրերից, պարբերաբար նրանց անասունները դառնում են ադրբեջանցի անասնագողերի հեշտ թիրախ, իսկ ղեկավարությունը, փոխարենը թեթևացնի վերջիններիս հոգսերը, մի բան էլ դրանք ավելացնում է: Հանքի անվան տակ տարածքները շահագործելը ենթադրում է, որ բնակիչներն այդ վարելահողերն էլ են կորցնելու։ Ըստ նույն Զեյնալյանի՝ եթե նախկինում համայնքի բնակիչները կոնկրետ հատվածից բեռնատարով գնում ու բերում էին ավազը` անասնագոմ կամ գերեզման սարքելու համար, ապա հիմա ստիպված են լինելու գնել այդ նույն ավազը։ Ասել է թե՝ ապագա իրոք կա, մնում է հասկանալ՝ կոնկրետ ում համար է այն, որովհետև, ինչպես երևում է, Տեղ համայնքի բնակիչների համար այդ ապագայում որևէ դրական բան չի նշմարվում, բացի առանց այդ էլ դժվար կյանքի վատթարացումից:
