Օրեր առաջ Ներքին Հանդում հակառակորդի կողմից հրահրած հերթական էսկալացիայի ֆոնին արդեն երկու օր է, ինչ իշխանամետ լրատվամիջոցները, իսկ այսօր նաև ինքը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, փաստացի զբաղված են հանրությանը լայնածավալ պատերազմի նախապատրաստելով: Դիցուք՝ կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում վարչապետը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանն ամեն կերպ խուսափում է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանագծման վերաբերյալ առաջարկվող տարբերակներից։ Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ դրա պատճառ կարող է լինել սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում ռազմական գործողություններ սկսելու Ադրբեջանի մտադրությունը՝ հետագայում դա Հայաստանի դեմ լայնածավալ պատերազմի վերածելու հեռանկարով։ 

Սա նշանակում է, որ Փաշինյանն ընդունում է՝ Արևմուտքի հովանու ներքո բանակցությունների փակուղի մտնելու, ինչպես նաև Արևմուտքում աջակցություն, անվտանգություն գտնելու ցանկության ձախողումը: Մինչդեռ իշխանությունների ակնհայտ փորձերը՝ խզելու կապերը ՌԴ–ի հետ և դրեյֆը դեպի Արևմուտք արդարացվում էին հենց նրանով, որ ի տարբերություն նույն ՀԱՊԿ-ի՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կարող է առավել արդյունավետ պաշտպանել Հայաստանն արտաքին վտանգներից: Սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի ախորժակը չեն զսպում ոչ Արևմուտքից հնչող կոչերը, ոչ էլ սահմանի երկայնքով տեղաբաշխված ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության անդամները: Մինչդեռ Արևմուտքը հստակ մեսիջներ է հղում Փաշինյանին, որ պատրաստ չէ զոհաբերել Բաքվի և Անկարայի հետ հարաբերությունները՝ հանուն Երևանի: Դիցուք՝ Հարավային Կովկասում ՆԱՏՕ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Խավիեր Կոլոմինան բաց տեքստով հայտարարել է, որ Անկարան ՆԱՏՕ դաշնակից է և ինքն է որոշում իր քաղաքականությունը հարևան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունները կառուցելիս: Ուշագրավ է , որ Կոլոմինան այսպես է պատասխանել այն հարցին, թե ինչ կարող է անել ՆԱՏՕ-ն, եթե իր անդամ Թուրքիան որոշի հերթական անգամ աջակցել Ադրբեջանին՝ Հայաստանի դեմ հավանական պատերազմի ժամանակ:

Որքանով էլ որ խաղաղության օրակարգը նման թշնամիների առկայության պարագայում ի սկզբանե ֆիկցիա էր, այս իշխանություններն այդ օրակարգը շուրջ երկու տարի առաջ էին մղում՝ հենվելով Արևմուտքից հնչող գեղեցիկ խոստումների վրա, իսկ այսօր փաստում են, որ ձախողվել են: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին թերևս մնում է ականջալուր լինել ՀԱՊԿ-ից վերջին օրերին հնչող կոչերին և հորդորներին, չդիմել արկածախնդրության և գնալ ՌԴ–ի հետ անվտանգային կապերի խորացման ուղղով՝ էլ ավելի չվատթարացնելով Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի՝ առանց այդ էլ կատաստրոֆիկ վիճակը, որին հասել ենք ապիկար արտաքին քաղաքականության արդյունքում:
