«Արցախի էջը դեռ փակված չէ, ամեն սերունդ իր ներդրումը պետք է ունենա երկրի, պետականության պահպանման տեսանկյունից»,- այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ է հնչեցրել Արցախի ԱԺ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահրամ Բալայանը։

Ըստ նրա խոսքերի՝ ճիշտ է՝ այսօր հայը հուսախաբված և կոտրված վիճակում է, բայց պետք է եղած հնարավորություններն օգտագործել և հզորացնել Հայաստանը․

«Պետք է փորձել հետագա պայքարը շարունակել, նորից մեր պատմական հայրենիքի մի հատվածն ազատագրել։ Արցախի հարցը որևէ կապ չունի Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության հետ, մենք ինքնորոշվել էինք մեր տարածքի վրա»։

Պատգամավորը նկատեց՝ մենք որևէ երկրի, որևէ ժողովրդի տարածքների նկատմամբ հավակնություններ չենք ունեցել․

«Մենք ունեցել ենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնավար մարզ, և այն որոշակի կարգավիճակ է ունեցել Խորհրդային միության կազմում։ Ավելին ասեմ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնավար մարզն ունեցել է Սահմանադրություն։ Փաստորեն՝ մենք ինքնորոշվել ենք մեր տարածքի վրա, ազատ ապրելու մեր իրավունքը իրացնելու տեսանկյունից»,- թեմայի վերաբերյալ իր խոսքը եզրափակելով՝ ընդգծեց Բալայանը։ 

Հիշեցնենք՝ Արցախի ԱԺ-ն ՀՀ ներկայացուցչությունում նիստ է գումարել: Այսօր լրանում է Արցախյան շարժման 36-ամյակը:
