Փետրվարի 23-ին Երևանում կայացել է «Կանայք ոստիկանությունում» համաժողովը: Մասնակցում էին ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը, Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինը, ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նացվլիշվիլին, նախարարի տեղակալ Արփինե Սարգսյանը, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, միջազգային փորձագետներ, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Իր խոսքում ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում կանանց ներգրավվածության գաղափարն իրականություն է դարձել միջազգային գործընկեր կառույցների հետ սերտ համագործակցության արդյունքում։ Խոսելով ոստիկանության համակարգում կանանց ներգրավմանն ուղղված քաղաքականության, այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրերի ու մարտահրավերների մասին՝ Վահե Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունում ընթացող բարեփոխումների համար հիմնարար է ներառականության սկզբունքը՝ հնարավորինս բաց լինել հասարակության համար ինչպես հանրային կարծիքն ու վերաբերմունքը չափորոշիչ ունենալու, այնպես էլ համակարգի կադրային բազան համալրելու, թարմացնելու առումով:

«Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ կանայք արագ ու հիմնավոր են յուրացնում տեսական գիտելիքներն ու մասնագիտական հմտությունները, ավելին՝ աչքի են ընկնում ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն կատարելու, քաղաքացուն բարձր մակարդակով ծառայություններ մատուցելու, ներկայացվող պահանջները լիարժեք իրականացնելու ունակությամբ: Բացի այդ, հատկապես այնպիսի իրավիճակների դեպքում, ինչպիսին ընտանեկան բռնությունն է կամ կանանց նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգությունը, կին ծառայողներն ավելի արդյունավետ են գործում։

Ներքին գործերի համակարգի որակական բարեփոխումը շարունակվում է, և համոզված եմ, որ մեր կին ծառայողներն ավելի արդյունավետ են գործում։ Ներքին գործերի համակարգի որակական բարեփոխումը շարունակվում է, և համոզված եմ, որ մեր կին ծառայակիցները ոչ միայն շարունակելու են իրենց ծանրակշիռ ներդրումը բերել այդ գործին, այլև ավելի ու ավելի են ընդլայնելու իրենց ներգրավվածությունն ու ներկայացվածությոնը մեր աշխատանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ կոտրելով կարծատիպեր»,-նշել է ՆԳ նախարարը:

Համաժողովին ելույթ են ունեցել Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինը, ՀՀ-ում ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նաթվլիշվիլին։
