Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության և ընդլայնման բանակցությունների հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրինության Արևելյան հարևանության և ինստիտուտների հզորացման հարցերով նորանշանակ տնօրեն Ադրիեն Կիրալիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, դեսպան Վասիլիս Մարագոսը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ փոխվարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Ադրիեն Կիրալիին Հայաստան կատարած այցի համար և հակիրճ ներկայացրել ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց առաջնային կարիքների հասցեագրման, այդ թվում՝ կեցության աջակցության ուղղությամբ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ձեռնարկված քայլերը: Մանրամասն անդրադարձ է կատարվել բռնի տեղահանվածների բնակարանային ապահովության ուղղությամբ նախատեսվող աշխատանքներին: Բռնի տեղահանված անձանց համար կայուն կենսապայմանների ապահովման տեսանկյունից զրուցակիցները կարևորել են զբաղվածության հնարավորությունների և դիմակայունության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքների շարունակականությունը։
