«Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի պատվիրակության հետ։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհի Տրանշ-4-ի Քաջարան-Ագարակ հատված կատարած այցի արդյունքները‚ շինարարության նախապատրաստական ու մոբիլիզացիոն աշխատանքների ընթացքը։

Հիշեցնենք‚ որ 32կմ երկարությամբ այս ճանապարհահատվածը կառուցվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության ֆինանսական և Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի վարկային միջոցներով։

«Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գոռ Ավետիսյանը‚ ողջունելով Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի պատվիրակության անդամներին‚ կարևորել է նշված ճանապարհահատվածի կառուցման ծրագիրը։ Նա ընդգծել է‚ որ Հյուսիս-հարավի հարավային ուղղությամբ առաջիկայում մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են նախատեսված‚ ուստի Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտը դիտարկում է այս ուղղությամբ մասնագիտական ռեսուրսները զարգացնելու հարցը։

Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչ Վասիլի Գլուխովը շեշտել է‚ որ իրենց կողմից պատրաստ են անել առավելագույնը՝ ծրագիրն արդյունավետ իրականացնելու համար։ Եվրասիական հիմնադրամի առաքելության անդամները‚ ներկայացնելով իրենց դիտարկումները Սյունիքի մարզ կատարած այցից‚ նշել են‚ որ տպավորությունները դրական են. կապալառուի կողմից ընթանում են ակտիվ մոբիլիզացիոն աշխատանքներ‚ արդեն իսկ տեսանելի են այն տեղամասերը‚ որտեղ շատ մոտ ապագայում հնարավոր է սկսել շինարարությունը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել տեղական շինարարական կազմակերպությունների ներուժը Հյուսիս-հարավի հարավային հատվածի շինարարության ընթացքում ներգրավելու հարցին։ Պարոն Ավետիսյանը հատկապես առանձնացրել է այն հանգամանքը‚ որ նման խոշոր միջազգային ծրագրերը զարգացնում են նաև շինարարական ներուժը մեր երկրում։

Մասնավորապես‚ Քաջարան-Ագարակ ճանապարհի շինարարության ծրագրի շրջանակներում կառուցվելու են բազմաթիվ կամուրջներ‚ ինչպես նաև թունելներ‚ և այդ փորձը կարող է հիմք դառնալ Հայաստանում կամրջաշինության ու թունելաշինության զարգացման գործում։ Պարոն Ավետիսյանի խոսքով՝ վերջին 5-6 տարիներին պետության կողմից ճանապարհաշինության ոլորտում կատարված մեծ ներդրումները նպաստել են‚ որպեսզի տեղական կազմակերպերպությունները հզորանան։

Հիշեցնենք‚ որ Քաջարան-Ագարակ հատվածում կկառուցվի 32կմ ճանապարհ‚ 17 կամուրջ‚ 2 թունել (ընդհանուր շուրջ 900մ երկարությամբ)‚ 5 տրանսպորտային հանգույց։
