Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ, Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը հարցազրույց է տվել թուրքական CNNturk–ին։

Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը ներկայացրել է հայ–թուրքական բանակցությունների ընթացքի մասին պաշտոնական տեղեկություններ, հիշեցրել, որ իր թուրք գործընկերոջ հետ պաշտոնական վերջին հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել 1.5 տարի առաջ Վիեննայում։ Նա շեշտել է, որ այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ որոշում է կայացվել հայ–թուրքական սահմանը բացել երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների եւ դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցողների համար, սակայն թուրքական կողմը դեռեւս քայլեր չի արել։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք կարգավորել հայ–թուրքական հարաբերությունները, սակայն այն կախված է թուրքական կողմի քաղաքական կամքից։ Եթե այդ կամքը ունի թուրքական կողմը, այսօր էլ կարող ենք կարգավորել»,–ասել է Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։
