«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Դատավորները մնացել են անպաշտպան, բոլոր կողմերից «կրակում» ու ճնշում են, որի հետեւանքով շատերը, չդիմանալով իրավիճակին, դիմում են գրում, հեռանում: Երեկ, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի որոշմամբ, սեփական դիմումի հիման վրա՝ դադարել են Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Կարեն Մարդանյանի եւ Վճռաբեկ դատարանի հակակոռուպցիոն պալատի դատավոր Սերգեյ Մարաբյանի լիազորությունները: Դրանից առաջ Արշակ Վարդանյանը, սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, ավարտեց դատավորի կարիերան:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ հաջորդ դատավորը, որը աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում կգրի սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ եւ կհեռանա դատական համակարգից, Արագածոտնի մարզի դատավոր Անդրանիկ Մնացականյանն է: Ավելին՝ լուրեր կան, որ, բացի ազատումից, նրա նկատմամբ այլ գործընթացներ կսկսվեն: Ի՞նչ է կատարվում դատական համակարգում. ArmLur.am-ին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ ուշագրավ գրագրություն է ի հայտ եկել, որտեղ վերոնշյալ դատավորները իրենց խմբում կոնկրետ իշխանության ղեկավար անձանց մասով հայհոյանքներ են արել, ու դատավորներից մեկն այդ գրագրությունը հասցրել է քաղաքական իշխանություններին, ինչից հետո էլ հայհոյանքներ գրած դատավորներին ստիպում են ազատման դիմումներ գրել սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ ու հեռանալ համակարգից:

Ըստ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ գրագրությունը քաղաքական իշխանություններին հասցրել է ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանը, որն իշխանություների «սրտի» դատավորն է, ու ամեն գնով ցանկանում են նրան տանել ԲԴԽ՝ որպես դատավոր անդամ: Իսկ ինչո՞վ է զբաղված ՀՀ բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը՝ ի դեմս նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանի: ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքի համաձայն՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն անկախ պետական մարմին է, որը Սահմանադրությամբ եւ օրենսգրքով սահմանված լիազորություններն իրականացնելու միջոցով երաշխավորում է դատարանների եւ դատավորների անկախությունը: Սակայն, իրականում Կարեն Անդրեասյանը ոչ թե պաշտպանում է դատավորների անկախությունը, այլ հենց նա է տարբեր ճանապարհով դատավորներին ճնշողներից մեկը»:
