Որեւէ երկրի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը չի կարող լինել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության, ինքնիշխանության եւ ազատության հաշվին. ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը խորհրդարանում մասնագիտական փորձաշրջան անցնող ԵՊՀ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետի 4-րդ կուրսի ուսանողների հետ մարտի 13-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը:

Ապագա դիվանագետները պատգամավորի հետ խոսել են ՀՀ անվտանգային խնդիրների լուծման ճանապարհների, տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի, հարեւան երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման, Հայաստանի՝ ՀԱՊԿ եւ ԵԱՏՄ կառույցներին անդամակցելու հարցերի մասին:

Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը կարեւորել է հարեւան երկրների հետ դիվանագիտական եւ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացումը:

Պատգամավորն անդրադարձել է նաեւ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին: «ՀԱՊԿ-ը փաստաթղթերով միշտ եղել է մեր անվտանգային երաշխիքը, սակայն մենք արձանագրում ենք, որ կառույցը չի կատարել պայմանագրով ամրագրված իր պարտականությունները եւ մինչ օրս դեռ չի արձագանքել Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքի ճանաչման հարցին: Մենք չենք ստորագրելու որեւէ փաստաթուղթ, քանի դեռ ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքը չի ճանաչվել ՀԱՊԿ անվտանգային կառույցի կողմից»,- նշել է Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ դա իրենց քաղաքական դիրքորոշումն է, եւ որը բխում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերից:

Արեւմուտքի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, ըստ բանախոսի, հնարավորություն կստեղծի Հայաստանին դուրս գալու տնտեսական նոր շուկա:

Խմբակցության քարտուղարն անդրադարձել է նաեւ խաղաղության պայմանագրի դրական կողմերին՝ նշելով, որ դա տարածաշրջանում կբերի որոշակի կայունացման:

«Մենք իրականացնում են քաղաքականություն, որը ՀՀ անկախության, զարգացման, քաղաքացիների երջանկության, մեր պետության հանրահռչակման եւ հավիտենության մասին է»,- հանդիպման ավարտին ասել է Արթուր Հովհաննիսյանը:
