«Ժողովուրդ». Երեւանի ավագանու դեմ հերթական հայցը կներկայացվի դատարան․ կվիճարկվի Մարությանին մանդատից զրկելու որոշումը

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Հերթական հայցը կներկայացվի դատարան՝ ընդդեմ Երեւանի ավագանու: Այս անգամ կվիճարկվի Հայկ Մարությանին մանդատից զրկելու որոշումը:

Այսպիսով, դեռ փետրվարի 7-ի նիստում, Երեւանի ավագանու որոշմամբ, ընդդիմադիր 3 անդամ՝ «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից Սոնա Աղեկյանը եւ Նարինե Հայրապետյանը, իսկ «Ազգային առաջընթաց»-ից՝ Երեւանի նախկին քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը, զրկվեցին մանդատներից:

Ավագանու որոշման հիմքում անհարգելի բացականերն էին եւ նախագծերի քվեարկություններին չմասնակցելը, որոնք եղել են բացառապես քաղաքական նպատակներով:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ավագանու «Ազգային առաջընթաց» խմբակցությունը պատրաստվում է հայց ներկայացնել՝ ընդդեմ այս որոշման, եւ վիճարկել Հայկ Մարությանին մանդատից զրկելու հարցը։

«Ավագանու անդամին մանդատից զրկելն ապօրինություն է, զոռբայություն: Մենք վիճարկելու ենք սա. երբ հարցը ներկայացնենք, կհայտարարենք այդ մասին», – մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց խմբակցության ղեկավար Արամ Թորոսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ «Մայր Հայաստան»-ը եւս հայց է ներկայացրել Վարչական դատարան՝ ընդդեմ ավագանու անդամներին մանդատից զրկելու որոշման»:
