ԱԺ-ում այս պահին տեղի է ունենում արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը։ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրեց արտաքին հարաբերություններին վերաբերող 2023 թվականի արդյունքների մասին զեկույցը, որից հետո պատգամավորները իրենց հարցերն ուղղեցին նախարարին։

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Արմեն Ռուստամյանը հանդես եկավ հարցադրմամբ․

«Ազգային ժողովի ծրագրում գրված է՝ Կառավարությունը շարունակելու է ակտիվորեն ներգրավված լինել ՀԱՊԿ-ի աշխատանքներին, իսկ ձեր կատարողականում նշել եք՝ նվազագույնի է հասցվել, գործնականում սառեցվել է ակտիվությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ում․ ի՞նչ իրավունքով եք դուք դա արել»։

ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ի պատասխան նշեց․

«Ես ձեր հարցին հարցով պիտի պատասխանեմ․ այո՛, հանգամանքների բերումով ՀԱՊԿ-ում մեր մասնակցությունը չենք արել այնպես, ինչպես դա ԱԺ-ում ներկայացրել ենք 2021-ին։ Ինչու՞, արդեն ասեցի՝ Հայաստանի վրա տեղի է ունեցել հարձակում, մեր սահմանները խախտվել են, և այն անվտանգային կազմակերպությունը, որտեղ մենք պայմանավորվել ենք, որ այդպիսի դեպքերում պետք է՝

ա․ ասենք, որ այդպիսի փաստ է տեղի ունեցել,

բ․ անենք գործողություններ՝ քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական,

գ ․ եթե հարցը հնարավոր չէ լուծել քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական ճանապարհներով, ապա ռազմական փոխօգնության հասնել իրար։

Այն պայմաններում, երբ մեր վրա տեղի է ունեցել հարձակում, մենք գործընկերների կողմից իրենց պարտավաորություններին համահունչ արձագանք չենք ստացել։ Անգամ հրապարակային փաստի ընդունումը, որ այո՛, ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքը ոտնահարվել է, ամենամեղմ ձևակերպումներն եմ փորձում օգտագործել, տեղի չի ունեցել, էլ չասած մնացած պարտավորությունների մասին։ 

Պարո՛ն Ռուստամյան, կներեք, բայց դուք ու՞մ կողմից եք, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, թե՞ Հայաստանի»,- դիմելով ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին՝ հարցրեց Միրզոյանը։

Ռուստամյանն ի պատասխան արձագանքեց․

«Ես Ազգային ժողովի կողմից եմ և ես Ազգային ժողովի կողմից եմ հարցերը տալիս»,- նշեց նա։
