Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանն ընդունել է «ՍՕՍ Մանկական Գյուղեր» Ֆրանսիայի միջազգային ծրագրերի տնօրենին

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանն ընդունել է ՍՕՍ Մանկական Գյուղեր Ֆրանսիայի միջազգային ծրագրերի տնօրեն Լեսլի Գոդլաստին և պատասխանատու Ֆրանսուա Վանդենդրիեսշեին․ հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՍՕՍ Մանկական Գյուղեր Հայաստանի ազգային տնօրեն Սպարտակ Սարգսյանը։
 
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են երկու երկրների երեխաների պաշտպանության ոլորտի հիմնահարցերը, իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, նախարարության և ՍՕՍ Մանկական Գյուղեր Հայաստանի հետ համատեղ ծրագրերը։
 
Նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում երեխաների պաշտպանության համակարգում իրագործվող փոփոխություններն ու զարգացման ուղիները, երեխայի՝ ընտանիքում ապրելու իրավունքի իրացմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև խնամատարության ինստիտուտի զարգացման, հաստատությունների ապաինստիտուցիոնալացման գործընթացի հետ առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր։
 
Այս համատեքստում Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը խոսել է օրենսդրական նոր կարգավորումների, երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության քաղաքականության առաջիկա 5 տարիների անելիքների մասին՝ կարևորելով միջազգային գործընկերների հետ համատեղ աշխատանքն ու դաշտային ուսումնասիրությունների անհրաժեշտությունը, ոլորտում կանխարգելիչ մեխանիզմների ներդրման գործընթացում փորձագիտական խորհրդատվության կարևորությունը։
 
Ֆրանսիացի գործընկերները բարձր են գնահատել ոլորտային աշխատանքները՝ հատկապես շեշտելով երեխաների խնամքի ցերեկային կենտրոնների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններն ու խնամատարության ինստիտուտի զարգացմանն ուղղված պետական ջանքերը։ Վերջիններս պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել աջակցելու իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին և նոր ծրագրերին։
 
Երկուստեք պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռքբերվել շարունակել այն միջոցառումների քննարկումը, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան մեկտեղելու ջանքերը՝ կյանքի դժվարին իրավիճակում հայտնված երեխայի՝ ընտանիքում ապրելու իրավունքի իրացման գործում։
