Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Ստրասբուրգ կատարած այցի շրջանակում հանդիպել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրեն Խրիստոս Ջակումոպուլոսին։

Արդարադատության նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԵԽ-ի կողմից Արդարադատության նախարարությանը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող ռազմավարական բարեփոխումների և ժողովրդավարական կառուցակարգերի զարգացման օրակարգին ցուցաբերվող գործուն աջակցության համար։

Քննարկվել են ԵԽ կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքը և գրանցված ձեռքբերումները, այդ թվում՝ դատաիրավական, հակակոռուպցիոն, քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիայի ծառայությունների բարեփոխումների օրակարգերի և ՄԻԵԴ վճիռների կատարման շրջանակներում:

Կողմերն ընդգծել են նաև ՀՀ-ԵԽ նոր 2023-2026 թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախարարության համակարգման ոլորտներում մեկնարկված ծրագրերը, մասնավորապես՝ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց իրավունքների և երաշխիքների ապահովման և սահմանադրական արդարադատության համակարգի ամրապնդման ուղղություններով։ Քննարկվել են նաև Արդարադատության նախարարության և ԵԽ մարմինների ու կոմիտեների հետ ընթացիկ աշխատանքները: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ համագործակցությանն ընթացող դատաիրավական, ընտրական և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության բարեփոխումների շրջանակներում: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի պետությունների խմբի (ԳՐԵԿՈ) Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ գնահատման չորրորդ փուլի զեկույցի հանձնարարականների կատարման առաջընթացին և հինգերորդ փուլի զեկույցի մշակման և հաստատման ընթացքին։

Գլխավոր տնօրեն Ջակումոպուլոսը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ կառավարության և Արդարադատության նախարարության կատարած աշխատանքները՝ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, ՄԻԵԴ վճիռների կատարման ուղղությամբ և վստահություն հայտնել, որ ԵԽ հետ համագործակցությունը շարունակելու է իր նշանակալի ներդրումը գրանցել Հայաստանում ընթացող բարեփոխումների, ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և իրավական ինստիտուտների զարգացման գործում։

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը քննարկել են նաև ԵԽ մարդու իրավունքների և իրավունքի գերակայության հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրինության աջակցության շրջանակների ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի 2023-2026թթ․ ռազմավարության իրականացման աջակցության, անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության և մի շարք այլ ուղղություններով։
