Nikol Pashinyan to Greece PM: I reaffirm my invitation to you to visit Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis of Greece on the latter’s National Day. The message reads as follows, in particular:

"Strong friendly ties between our [two] peoples have grown into mutually beneficial interstate cooperation in recent decades and continue to be strengthened thanks to active political dialogue.

Taking this opportunity, let me once again thank you for the warm hospitality, understanding, and unequivocal support of Greece in matters of importance to Armenia during my visit to Greece a few weeks ago.

Armenia highly appreciates friendly Greece's support to the aspirations of the Armenian side to deepen and develop relations with the EU.

I sincerely hope that in the near future, the efforts aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation at all levels, as well as multilateral cooperation, including within Armenia-Greece-Cyprus trilateral platforms, will contribute to the security and well-being of the Armenian and Greek peoples.

Taking this opportunity, I reaffirm my invitation to you to visit Armenia, which could take place this year in a tripartite format at a time convenient for you."
