Հայաստանը 300 հազար դոլարի օգնություն կտրամադրի Ճապոնիայի Նոտո թերակղզում 2024 թ. հունվարի 1-ին տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժից տուժածների հումանիտար կարիքների բավարարման համար: Համապատասխան որոշումն ընդունվեց ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստի ժամանակ։

«Ճապոնիայի հետ շփումների ընդլայնումը Հայաստանի համար մեծ կարևորություն ունի: Ճապոնիայի հետ բարեկամական և փոխշահավետ կապերի ամրապնդումը ՀՀ կառավարության 2021-2026թթ. գործունեության ծրագրում ամրագրված առաջնահերթություններից է:

Ճապոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես տեղեկացրել է Ճապոնիայում հավատարմագրված բոլոր դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչություններին, որ Ճապոնիայի Իշիկավա պրեֆեկտուրան և Ճապոնական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերակցությունը մինչև 2024թ.-ի դեկտեմբերի 27-ը նվիրատվություններ կընդունեն՝ 2024թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ին Նոտո թերակղզում տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժից տուժածների հումանիտար 

կարիքների բավարարման համար:

Հարկ է նշել, որ 2011թ.-ին Ֆուկուշիմայում տեղի ունեցած ավերիչ երկրաշարժից և ցունամիից տուժածների համար ՀՀ-ն նվիրաբերել էր 500 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար և, հաշվի առնելով Նոտո թերակղզում տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժի ավերածությունների չափը և ընդհանուր վնասը, առաջարկվում է այս անգամ ևս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից նվիրատվություն իրականացնել՝ ճապոնական կողմին փոխանցելով 300 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով գումար»,– նշված է որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ:

Նախագիծը մշակվել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից: Գումարը հատկացվելու է ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից:

Ինչպես նշված է որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ, Ճապոնիան Հայաստանի խոշորագույն դոնոր երկրներից է: 1992 թ. երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր Ճապոնիայի կողմից Հայաստանի տարբեր ոլորտների զարգացման նպատակով տրամադրված դրամաշնորհների ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է ավելի
