«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ աշխատանքից ազատվել է «Երևանի ավտոբուս» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը: Նա իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում էր կատարել՝ նշելով, որ պաշտոնից հեռացել է իր դիմումի համաձայն:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սակայն, Մանուկյանի՝ աշխատանքից ազատվելը, մեղմ ասած, այնքան էլ կամավոր չի եղել: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի վերահսկողության վարչությունը ստուգումներ է իրականացրել «Երևանի աղբահանություն և սանիտարական մաքրում» համայնքային հիմնարկում, որի տնօրենը 2022 թ. փետրվարից մեկ տարի եղել է նույն Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը: Ստուգումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են լուրջ թերացումներ, որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ հնարավոր է նաև ենթադրյալ չարաշահումների փաստեր, որից հետո Մանուկյանն ազատվել է աշխատանքից:

Ընդհանրապես, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը վերահսկողության ծառայության առջև «կանաչ լույս» է վառել՝ մանրամասն ստուգումներ իրականացնել քաղաքապետարանի ենթակա կառույցներում և արդյունքների մասին զեկուցել իրեն: Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը նշում էր, որ վերահսկողության վարչությանը տրված նման «դաբրոյից» կան նաև դժգոհություններ, որովհետև ծառայության աշխատակիցները «քիթները խոթում» են ամեն մի մանրամասնի մեջ: Թերթի տեղեկություններով, հիմա ստուգումներ են իրականացվում մի քանի այլ միավորներում:

Ի դեպ, առաջիկայում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս և այլ ստուգումների արդյունքները ոչ միայն կհրապարակայնացվեն քաղաքապետարանի կողմից, այլև չեն բացառվում իրավական հետևանքները:
